• Led the COVID-19 crisis management team for ACI leveraging ‘novel risk management’ best practices resulting in a safety response that was recognized by employees and customers. Served as Chair of the COVID-19 Task Force for the American Transaction Processors Coalition.
• Implemented new growth channels including a strategic partnership team and inside sales channels yielding increases in revenue and sales force effectiveness.
• Spearheaded the transition from ‘on-prem’ to cloud for ACI On Demand, which included go-to-market planning, operating processes, harmonizing across multiple acquisitions, and establishing financial and operating metrics.
• Established a company-wide customer experience program and built a premium customer support business converting periodic services revenues to annual recurring revenues.
• Pioneered a senior leadership development program for high-potential performers and founded ACI’s Women’s Initiative, which enabled a retention and growth strategy for the firm.
• Recognized by PaymentsSource for being “One of the Most Influential Women in Payments”
