About Calanthia Mei

Calanthia Mei started and leads the partnerships team at Fast, a Stripe-backed startup bringing 1-click, passwordless checkout to the entire Internet. She also loves investing in early-stage fintech and commerce enablement companies, as an angel investor, an investment partner at the Community Fund, and a scout. Previously, she had the honor of joining PayPal's Ventures team as the 2nd full-time hire. Calanthia Mei is building the decentralized data layer for AI, where people earn by contributing data. Her vision is to create a world of Fair AI, powered by the people. Prior to diving into her entrepreneurial journey, she was a senior exec at a Silicon Valley  startup, a venture capitalist with multiple exits, and an aspiring diplomat.
