Bloomberg L.P. acquired RegTek Solutions in August 2019. RegTek is now a core offering in Bloomberg's Regulatory Reporting Solutions business [BRRS]. We continue to offer our suite of market leading controls for Trade and Transaction reporting, in addition RegTek controls are being fully integrated into Bloomberg's regulatory reporting solution, RHUB. I am part of the BRRS management team responsible for the development and commercialization of regulatory technology for investment firms seeking to effectively manage compliance with global regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CFTC (DFA), Canada, MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, and JFSA).
