Brian Hetherington (he him his) is President and on the Board of Directors at Newfront Insurance. Prior to merging with Newfront, Brian was an Executive of The ABD Team, which he launched as CEO and Co-Chairman in 2012. The organization is an employee-owned and client-centered business-to-business professional services firm, providing leading-edge risk management, insurance brokerage, employee benefits, human resources and retirement consulting services. Brian Hetherington is passionate about driving success through building a strong company culture and believes in a workplace that values "WORK, LOVE, PLAY." Prior the ABD Team, Brian served a President of Property & Casualty for Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Before his stint at Wells Fargo, Brian Hetherington was the VP of WW Sales and Service of Night Fire Software, Director of Sales for Network Equipment Technologies and held various sales and management roles at MCI Telecommunications. Brian Hetherington carries the sentiment that if you care about your teams, and they care about each other and their clients, your clients will care about you. His course with Deepak Chopra at Kellogg GSB called the "Soul of Leadership” was instrumental in how he approaches managing his teams and has allowed him to be an even more transformational and innovative leader.
