About Bin Chen

Bin Chen is the Co-Founder & CEO at Stori. Prior to Stori, Bin was with Mastercard for 8 years, where they were the Vice President, Community Banks and Credit Unions, MasterCard Advisors. In this role, they developed and delivered consulting, marketing, and analytics solutions to support the innovations and growth agenda of community Bank and Credit Union clients for financial inclusion impact. Bin also managed client relationships and measured impact. Prior to Mastercard, Bin was with the Boston Consulting Group for 4 years as a Project Leader. There they led ambitious strategy and program management projects to empower leading firms to enter new markets and segments, develop new products and capability, and streamline operations. Bin also provided thought leadership in developing a number of high impact original research that led to high profile visibility and multiple client projects. Bin supported business development and coached and developed junior staff into effective consultants. Before Boston Consulting Group, Bin was a Business Manager at Capital One for 5 years. We started by capturing the unmet credit card needs of the mass population in Mexico. Underwriting this consumer segment, who often lacks credit history, is a big problem. Our global and local network of talent, technologies, and resources power us to take on the challenging mission."  Bin Chen has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus in finance and strategy. They also have a BA in economics from Fudan University and an MS in management information systems from Northern Illinois University.
