Bill is known for: • Creating the world's first synthetic dollar based on Bitcoin in 2015 • Giving the first TED talk on Bitcoin in 2012. Bitcoin was trading at $5 • Working with Hillary Clinton and her team at State to form the International Diaspora Engagement Alliance (IDEA) in 2011 • Launching the Prize Play gaming service in 25 countries in 2004 • Receiving the first Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum in 2000 • Launching the first web based meeting service at WebSentric in 1998 • Co-Designing the first ever large scale web hosting business at Netscape in 1997 Bill's passion is investing, technology and science and how they can all be used to improve people's lives.
