She has over five years of experience in developing and executing partnerships and open banking strategies for retail banking, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a SAFe® certified agilist and product owner, Aruna is skilled in designing and launching new features and propositions that leverage open banking APIs and third-party platforms. She is passionate about giving customers access to products and services that they wouldn't typically expect from their bank, such as investments, rewards, and cash management. Aruna Bhalla is also an active champion for diversity and inclusion across financial services, and a recipient of multiple awards for her academic and professional excellence.
