Ana Pinheiro Privette is a seasoned professional at the intersection of science, engineering, technology and leadership, with a focus on climate change and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Research Applications and New Research Initiatives at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Ana also manages the Center for Secure Water. Her previous role as Head of Sustainability Impact Computing at AWS and Global Lead for the Amazon Sustainability Data Initiative (ASDI) highlighted her expertise in designing and scaling tech-for-good programs that leverage cloud computing. open data and AI for global sustainability.
