Alejandro is the Regional Director for Latin America and the Carribean, and acts as the strategic point of contact for Paymentology’s key clients in the region. He has over two decades of global payments and fintech experience and is passionate about building solid strategic corporate relationships through excellent customer experience, innovation, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills. Prior to joining Paymentology, he held senior positions at Visa, Citi Banamex, Brown Forman, Tequila Don Ramon, Cacao Paycard and Dock. He holds several qualifications including a certificate in customer service Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BA from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
