Railsbank appoints Danna Gurbaxani as new Head of Customer Success from Salesforce
Railsbank, the leading global Embedded Finance Experiences platform, has appointed Danna Gurbaxani as its new Head of Customer Success for UK and Europe to support its customer, sales and growth plans.
Danna has over 15 years of experience across customer success and sales within B2B data and technology. She joins from Salesforce where she was Director in the Customer Success Group for its Marketing Cloud business. Over the last five years, she scaled the professional services and customer success functions for acquired businesses and integrated them into Salesforce’s wider Marketing Cloud operations. Prior to Salesforce, Danna had a range of experiences at both start-up and enterprise software and data companies, including SAP and Experian.
In her new role, Danna Gurbaxani will scale the Railsbank Customer Success team to deliver a world-class experience to Railsbank’s rapidly growing customer base across the UK and Europe. Danna will lead the Customer Success team to advise Railsbank’s customers on how to deliver richer finance experiences that their end-customers love through their adoption of the Railsbank platform. Danna will play an instrumental role in growing Railsbank’s already strong customer success programme, following a number of big brand wins this year including the McLaren F1 Racing Team.
