Tampa Bay Lightning Select Global Payments as Their Payments Provider
Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), a leading worldwide provider of payment technology and software solutions, today announced that the National Hockey League’s Tampa Bay Lightning has selected it as payments provider for food and beverage, retail and ticketing, including for all events at AMALIE Arena in Tampa, Florida. This is the fourth National Hockey League team partnership for Global Payments.
The multi-year agreement with the Lightning and AMALIE Arena is the latest in a series of recent high-profile sports partnership wins for Global Payments, which has deep experience providing innovative solutions that deliver speed and efficiency in large-scale, high-traffic stadium environments.
