McDonald’s Franchisee, Ice Age Management, Implements DailyPay Into Benefits Offerings

Ice Age Management, Inc., a McDonald’s franchisee based in the Carolinas, has partnered with DailyPay – a worktech platform and leader in On-Demand Pay. Through this partnership, Ice Age Management employees will have access to DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay product and financial wellness platform that help workers earn, build, and grow their wealth by giving them choice and control over their earned money.

Headquartered in Greensboro, NC, Ice Age Management owns and operates 46 McDonald’s restaurants across North Carolina and South Carolina. Ice Age Management partnered with DailyPay to boost recruitment efforts, and give their quick-service restaurant (QSR) workers more financial freedom with On-Demand Pay.
