Ebury Becomes F.C. Copenhagen’s First Official FX Transfer Partner, Strengthening Its Presence in the Nordics

Ebury, the leading global fintech specialising in international payments and FX risk management, has been appointed as F.C. Copenhagen’s first Official FX Transfer Partner, reflecting the club’s status as an internationally competitive team.

Through its innovative global digital platform, Ebury will support the club’s financial operations and optimise cross-border currency transactions, aligning with the club’s international ambitions. The partnership also means that Ebury will become a visible presence in Parken Stadium and across the club’s various channels.

Ebury’s partnership with F.C. Copenhagen builds on its strong track record in professional sport, working with top-tier clubs including Fulham FC, Aston Villa, PSV Eindhoven and Rangers FC to deliver tailored financial solutions that streamline global operations and manage currency risk.

The partnership will initially run for three years.

Peter Brooks, Global Head of Sport at Ebury, said: “Becoming the first Official FX Partner of F.C. Copenhagen – one of Scandinavia’s most successful and ambitious clubs – is a hugely exciting moment for Ebury”

“As we expand our footprint in the Nordics with the opening of our new Copenhagen office, we’re proud to support the Club’s global ambitions and help power their success both on and off the field.”

Mikkel Grove Lindsted, Commercial Director at F.C. Copenhagen, added: “We’re pleased to welcome Ebury, a very exciting and solid international company with plenty of experience from, for example, the Premier League. The partnership will contribute to our business, and at the same time, we can offer Ebury a strong network among partners and companies in Scandinavia.”

Ebury enables businesses to manage international payments and collections, convert over 130 currencies, manage cash flows, and access credit lines – all within a single, integrated platform. Clients also benefit from Ebury’s local expertise and dedicated support teams, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service wherever they operate.
