Conferma and Mesh Join Forces to Eliminate Fragmented Travel Payments
Conferma, the leading provider of virtual payment technology for corporate travel, has announced a new strategic partnership with Mesh, a recognised innovator in travel and expense management solutions.
This collaboration marks the latest expansion in Conferma’s global issuer network, enabling more corporates and travel management companies (TMCs) to streamline their global travel payments under a single, integrated platform.
Now, corporates and TMCs working with Mesh will have access to Conferma’s integrations across the travel ecosystem – empowering them to gain control, transparency, and scalability with centralised spend management across all markets. The result is less operational complexity, fewer payment errors, and a seamless experience for travellers and suppliers alike.
Fixing travel fragmentation
The travel industry has long struggled with fragmented payment workflows, lengthy manual admin processes, and limited spend visibility across travel programmes. As global business travel hit a record $1.57 trillion in 2025 businesses are under increasing pressure to modernise these outdated payment processes and find scalable, automated solutions that meet the growing complexity of global travel programmes.
Together, Mesh and Conferma make it possible for multiple travel agencies to operate through a single, integrated platform – eliminating fragmented payment workflows across different providers or banks.
“This partnership tackles the fragmentation that has long held travel payments back,” said Sonya Geelon, Chief Commercial Officer at Conferma. “By integrating with Mesh, we’re enabling businesses to consolidate workflows into one unified platform, giving finance teams and travel managers the transparency and control they need.”
“From an issuing standpoint, this expansion increases the reach and flexibility of virtual card deployment,” said Rachel Devonshire, Head of Issuing at Conferma. “Issuers can support complex, multi-market travel programmes through secure, automated issuance and streamlined reconciliation.”
“Partnering with Conferma aligns perfectly with our vision to modernise travel and expense management,” said Oded Zehavi, CEO and co-founder at Mesh. “Together, we’re empowering organisations with real-time automation, compliance, and scalability – helping them move away from outdated systems and toward a smarter, more connected travel experience.”
