A range of self-service kiosks will also be on display, designed for use across different venue types, with a focus on reducing wait times and supporting customer interaction.
At EAG, ASK Global will be exhibiting across four dedicated zones, each aligned to key gaming and leisure categories: Casino, Bingo and AGC; Retail; Family Entertainment Centres (FEC); and Pub. These zones reflect the breadth of the company’s offering and provide a clear framework for conversations with operators across different environments.
The show will mark the introduction of the company’s “Sticky Connections” theme, which focuses on strengthening engagement and loyalty across the Casino, Pub, AGC, Bingo and FEC sectors. Collectively, these solutions reflect an ongoing focus on supporting partners through improved efficiency, customer experience and commercial performance.
“ASK Global Solutions are all about reducing friction at the point of purchase,” said Fivos Polymniou, Director at ASK Global Solutions. “Our expertise combines a modern payment experience with configurable controls that help operators manage fees, limits and customer journeys, while opening up new marketing opportunities at the point of sale.”
