Novus named as 2022 BOLD Awards finalist just one month after official UK launch

UK impact-focused digital banking app and debit card, Novus, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘BOLDest Fintech’ category at this year’s BOLD Awards. Created by Crowdsourcing Week and digital innovation platform H-FARM, the BOLD Awards celebrate companies, projects and individuals from all over the world that are actively leading the way for positive impact through the effective management of crowd-related projects or initiatives.

Following an equally-weighted public vote and judging criteria consisting of level of impact, scalability, transparency and ‘H-factor’ (human and social), a ‘jury board’ of market leaders, innovators and change-makers selected Novus as one of the top five fintech innovations – alongside four other nominees Zebedee, viafintech, Optherium Labs and Hokodo – to boost the financial health of businesses and advance financial inclusion.

This award shortlisting follows an extremely successful period for Novus after it recently smashed its £900,000 crowdfunding target within an hour of going live, whilst also becoming the first digital banking app in the UK to become a certified B Corporation™.
