NatWest appoints new Head of Products

NatWest has today announced the appointment of Matt Tuck into a new role as Head of Products, Service and Operations, Commercial Banking. Matt joins the bank from Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) where he was CEO, Europe and North America.

In this new role, Matt will be responsible for the bank’s products and customer service offering for its 1 million commercial banking customers, across the NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank brands. The bank’s commercial proposition supports business customers ranging in size from entrepreneurs and start ups, through to large multi-national corporations and Financial Institutions. Matt will report to Paul Thwaite, CEO, Commercial Banking, and will sit on the bank’s Commercial Banking Executive Committee (ExCo).
