VIPR Appoints Former Charles Taylor Director Chantal Dawson as Global Head of Customer Success
VIPR, the leading delegated authority technology company, has announced the appointment of Chantal Dawson as the new Global Head of Customer Success, effective 1st August 2024.
Based in London, Chantal will report directly to CEO Paul Templar. Chantal brings extensive experience from her previous role as Strategic Client Relations Director at Charles Taylor, overseeing key relationships including Lloyd’s / LIMOSS and users of the Delegated Data Manager (DDM) platform. Previously, she was at WTW as Business Lead for e-Accounting and Aon in a similar role.
With 15 years in the insurance sector and 30 years in customer-centric roles, Chantal specialises in customer success and retention, building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and implementing effective strategies.
At VIPR, Chantal will expand the account management and customer success functions, ensuring VIPR meets and exceeds the needs of its global customer base. Given the growth in the delegated authority sector, especially in the MGA space, Chantal’s reputation for exceptional service and collaboration will be crucial in supporting VIPR’s expansion.
