RedClick Strengthens EIS Partnership to Deliver Simpler, Smarter Insurance

RedClick, the commercial brand of the Generali Group in the Irish property and casualty insurance market, today announces the continuation of its partnership with EIS and the evolution of its use of EIS OneSuiteTM. This latest phase of the collaboration will support RedClick’s commitment to delivering simple, more connected insurance experiences for customers and partners alike.

By leveraging the flexible design and advanced tooling of the EIS OneSuite platform, RedClick is continuing to enhance the delivery and development of its products and services. With the open architecture and advanced tooling capabilities of EIS OneSuite, RedClick can rapidly launch innovative products and enhance its agility in response to market changes.

“Our partnership with EIS marks an important milestone in how we continue to deliver on our ambition to be Lifetime Partners to our customers and partners,” said Lorenzo Ioan, General Manager of RedClick. “This strategic collaboration gives us the flexibility and responsiveness to keep improving how we serve the evolving needs of the Irish insurance market.”

EIS has also taken a leading role in supporting Ireland’s InsurTech ecosystem – most recently partnerships with InsTech.ie for their 2025 Transformation Summit in Dublin. The event, focused on AI, digital transformation and real-world innovation in insurance, positioned EIS at the heart of industry-forward discussion.

“We are delighted to deepen our partnership with RedClick and Generali in Ireland,” said Michael Hampson, General Manager EMEA & APAC of EIS. “RedClick’s strategic consolidation onto EIS OneSuite showcases their innovative approach and commitment to customer-centric excellence. Together, we will drive significant value, providing a more personalised, efficient, and responsive insurance experience to brokers and their customers alike.”

RedClick was established in 2024 following the Generali Group’s acquisition of Liberty Mutual’s operations in Ireland. Today, it serves more than 250,000 customers nationwide, providing home and motor insurance through direct channels and over 250 broker agencies. The company employs more than 400 people across offices in Dublin, Cavan, and Enniskillen (Northern Ireland).
