Cytora and Addresscloud Partner to Give Commercial Property Underwriters Greater Risk Insights Using AI

Cytora, the digital risk processing platform, and Addresscloud, the geo-coding and property intelligence experts, have partnered to provide commercial insurers with a more streamlined and informed understanding of commercial property risk.

Cytora’s customers will benefit from Addresscloud’s address-matching and geo-coding API, giving them a rooftop-level view of risks on cover, as well as highly accurate, real-time flood scores. The business will also benefit from Addresscloud’s property data as part of its enhanced approach to data enrichment.

Insurers will have the capability to automatically embed Addresscloud data and analytics insights within Cytora’s industry leading risk digitization platform, thus enabling improved data utilization, better insights and faster decision-making, especially for commercial property insurance.

The partnership builds on a growing ecosystem of data and insight providers pre-integrated into the Cytora platform enabling an integrated end-to-end customer journey.

Juan de Castro, COO, Cytora, commented:

“Property resolution and enrichment is fundamental to enable automated property risk evaluation. We are very pleased to see Addresscloud joining our ecosystem to provide insurers with high-quality data for underwriting.”

Mark Varley, founder and CEO at Addresscloud added:

“We are pleased to work closely with Cytora to provide up-to-the-minute commercial property data and insights available to commercial insurers.  That rooftop level view of risk, and associated perils scores will enable underwriters to write better, more profitable risks and gain greater understanding of their commercial portfolios.”
