Cowbell Partners with Microsoft and Ingram Micro Inc. to Provide Enhanced Policyholder Security and Reduce Cyber Risk
Cowbell, a leading provider of cyber insurance for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), today announced a collaboration with Microsoft and Ingram Micro Inc. Through this collaboration, Cowbell policyholders gain access to complimentary Microsoft Exchange migrations to Microsoft 365 Business Premium, empowering SMEs to harness the full potential of AI and achieve seamless transitions to the cloud while ensuring enhanced cybersecurity hygiene and risk assessment for new policies.
The new relationship harnesses the strength of the Cowbell Connector for Microsoft to offer a seamless transition to Microsoft 365. Cowbell now offers free cloud migration services to businesses in the US and UK, providing its policyholders with the ability to enhance their security posture, reduce exposure to cyber threats, and earn a 5% premium credit at renewal by implementing essential security measures, including multi-factor authentication and Microsoft Defender for Microsoft 365.This collaboration simultaneously fosters the adoption of cyber insurance within the SME market.

Prior to the migration, each organization will undergo an evaluation of their current IT infrastructure, and once the scope of the migration is understood, Ingram Micro’s partners provide estimates for migration duration, with an average turnaround time of one week. Once the cloud migration is completed organization’s will have the opportunity to gain a deeper level of insights on their cloud environment through Cowbell’s cyber platform.
