A Pan-European Forum for Insight, Inspiration and Connection

Insurtech Insights Europe has established itself as a central meeting point for the European insurance community, providing a neutral forum where senior decision-makers can exchange perspectives, test ideas and build relationships.

As the industry matures, the conference increasingly reflects a shift in focus from experimentation towards execution, accountability and long-term value creation. The 2026 edition continues this trajectory, emphasising informed discussion and peer-level engagement at a time when insurers face mounting pressure from technological, societal and economic change

Leadership Perspectives

Kristoffer Lundberg, Chief Executive Officer of Insurtech Insights, said: “Insurance is operating in an environment of growing complexity, where technology, regulation and societal risk are increasingly intertwined. Insurtech Insights Europe exists to convene the people responsible for navigating that complexity, creating a space for meaningful dialogue, collaboration and informed decision-making across the market.”

Red, Head of Content at Insurtech Insights Europe, added: “The value of a conference lies less in any single session than in the quality of conversation it enables. Insurtech Insights Europe is designed to bring together those shaping risk, capital and capability across the industry, and to give them the space to exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions and build connections. In a period of rapid technological and societal change, that combination of insight, inspiration and networking has become increasingly important.”

Agenda Highlights

While the conference historically does not centre on a single theme, the 2026 agenda reflects sustained engagement with industry leaders across risk, claims, distribution, operations and technology, with speakers joining us from more than 25 countries. Nearly 200 sessions will explore enduring industry challenges alongside emerging developments shaping the future of insurance.

This year’s programme places increased emphasis on learning beyond insurance, considering what the industry can learn from developments in adjacent sectors, including autonomous mobility, advances in artificial intelligence, and other technologies beginning to reshape risk, regulation and customer engagement. Sessions will also look into European societal risk resilience, examining how insurers are responding to systemic risks and long-term uncertainty.

Responding to growing demand for accountability, the agenda also includes insurer-led discussions focused on demonstrable use cases and return on technology investment, alongside expanded interactive workshops and closed-door roundtables aimed at encouraging deeper, more practical exchange.

Insurtech Week Returns to London

Alongside the main conference, Insurtech Week will once again run across London, transforming the two-day event into a week-long industry gathering festival. Hosted by partners, sponsors and industry associations, Insurtech Week will feature independent breakfasts, dinners, workshops and networking events, providing additional opportunities for delegates to connect and continue discussions beyond the conference floor.
