Superscript Appoints New COO
Superscript have announced Colin Bradford has joined as their Chief Operating Officer.

A strong operations function improves customer experience and makes everyone’s jobs easier, their operational capability is a driving force that will enable Superscript to meet our customer and partner needs as they scale and target some ambitious goals.
Colin brings significant experience in senior technology and operational roles, joining Superscript to unlock this capability and strengthen our leadership team.
Colin’s career includes significant technology and service transformation roles at RBSG, he implemented a virtual desktop managed service, enabling more flexible and remote working. At Deutsche Bank, as part of the Operational Excellence programme, he successfully led the deployment of a Global Private Cloud solution with HP. At Lloyds Banking Group, he contributed to modernizing their colleague workspace strategy and transitioning to a hybrid cloud environment with IBM.
Most recently, Colin was SVP Customer Operations at SS&C BluePrism, having navigated two acquisitions. In this role, he was responsible for global operations, service and compliance, including the introduction and operational delivery of their Cloud and SaaS platforms.
On joining the team, Colin commented: I believe operations is the engine room of a successful business and is key to scaling.
I’ve been really impressed by what the team have built so far for SMEs, and I look forward to going on the journey to take Superscript to that next level.
