Sharegain Appoints Nicholas Hay as Global Head of Demand Coverage
Sharegain, a leading global capital markets fintech, today announced the appointment of Nick Hay as Global Head of Demand Coverage. This strategic US hire marks a significant milestone in Sharegain’s mission to reshape the securities lending landscape and deliver greater value to borrowers worldwide.
Nick, who will be based in Sharegain’s New York office, brings over 20 years of experience in securities finance and capital markets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Securities Finance Trading at BlackRock, where he led activity for nearly a decade.
In this newly created role, Nick will lead Sharegain’s global demand coverage and foster stronger partnerships across the entire securities lending ecosystem.
