Quantoz Payments Appoints Mark de Bos as Head of Finance

Quantoz Payments B.V. (Quantoz), the Netherlands headquartered payments technology company, is pleased to announce that Mark de Bos has joined the fintech as Head of Finance. Mark received a master’s degree after studying economics at the University of Groningen and has held several advisory management and audit management positions within the banking, technology, telecoms and oil & gas industries.

Most recently, Mark was at ABN AMRO Bank advancing internal audit functions, particularly within digital banking, transaction banking and anti-money laundering initiatives. His audit work encompassed compliance with regulatory requirements like PSD2, SWIFT CSP, AMLD and CRD, alongside internal control frameworks, ensuring robust risk management strategies.

He brings a blend of expertise in regulatory frameworks and operational excellence, so he will be crucial in supporting our transparency, accountability and help to fuel Quantoz’s growth in the stablecoin space globally.”

Prior to his career in banking, Mark was at EY where he held positions that included leading cross-border advisory engagements and managing multi-location teams, specialising in data processing assessments, outsourcing and program quality assurance. Mark started his career in a financial function at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ Information Services division where he was responsible for the controlling cycle of several business units.
