OMS Appoint Esther Morley as Non-Executive Director
One Mortgage System (OMS) has appointed Esther Morley as a Non-Executive Director (NED).
Esther brings to OMS over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services across the UK & Ireland within the Banking, Building Society and Specialist Lending sectors.
Starting her career at HSBC & HFC (Household International), she led analytics teams across the UK covering Credit Risk, Marketing and Product and Pricing Development, before moving to Kensington Mortgages in March 2006. Whilst at Kensington, she held a number of responsibilities, most latterly leading Originations (Sales, Product Development and Marketing) and Post-completion Servicing and Collections.
In 2016, Esther joined Secure Trust Bank as MD of Mortgages, building the business from the initial business case through to a growing portfolio.
In 2021, she joined LendInvest and was responsible for helping the business to build and establish a Specialist Residential Mortgage business unit. More recently Esther worked for ColCap UK as COO.
In addition, Esther has established her own consultancy providing strategic solutions to banks, lenders and other financial institutions relating to their mortgage businesses. Her first NED role was as Chair of Risk at the Beverley Building Society.
Dale Jannels, CEO of OMS, commented:
“I am delighted to welcome someone of Esther’s calibre and experience into OMS at what is a very exciting time for the business. Her hands-on knowledge of lender processes, risk appetites and simply, what keeps lender executive teams awake at night, will give myself and the OMS team valuable insights to ensure we continue to deliver a market leading origination technology solution to the lending sector.”
Esther Morley, NED of OMS added:
“Dale and Neal have built an incredible business and have constantly challenged the status quo which has resulted in tremendous success in winning contracts with lenders for their originations systems from legacy providers. However, with success comes pressures as the competition in the sector is fierce and I look forward to working with the OMS board to build upon the successes and achievements attained so far.”
