Ingenico appoints Rogier Bronsgeest as Executive Vice President of Services & Support
Ingenico, the global leader in payment acceptance and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rogier Bronsgeest as Executive Vice President of Services & Support and a member of the Executive Committee, effective immediately.
Rogier will lead customer support, hardware services, and managed services, further strengthening Ingenico’s commitment to delivering high-quality, value-added solutions. In this role, he will assume global P&L responsibility for Hardware Services and Managed Services, collaborating closely with Regional Managing Directors and overseeing the Global Operations & Services (GO&S) leaders to drive operational excellence and service innovation.
Rogier’s leadership will be instrumental in leveraging services as a key driver of market differentiation, recurring revenue growth, and enhanced customer value.
With extensive experience in leading global service organizations, Rogier has a strong track record in transforming customer operations, improving service efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Before joining Ingenico, he served as COO at Getronics, overseeing global operations and customer services.
