HSBC Innovation Banking UK appoints Jim Cowles to its Board as Non-Executive Director

HSBC Innovation Banking UK has appointed Jim Cowles to its board as an independent non-executive director.

Jim brings 40 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, including six years as Chief Executive of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Citi.

Jim also brings extensive board experience, having served on the boards of early-stage companies across tech and financial services. He is currently on the boards of fintech Shieldpay and enterprise software company Engine AI, which are both headquartered in the UK. His deep banking and leadership background, combined with his insights on innovative companies, will be invaluable as the bank continues to scale.
