Duco appoints Anthony Northam as Chief Operating Officer

Duco has announced the appointment of Anthony Northam as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), a move that underscores the company’s strategic focus on scaling operations. This Duco COO appointment signals a strengthened commitment to innovation and efficiency across its global fintech operations.

Anthony brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across financial data, technology, and capital markets. He has a track record of driving transformational growth and leading global go-to-market teams based on leadership roles at major financial services and data analytics organisations.

Anthony has led global teams of over 650 professionals across sales, business development, marketing, operations, and customer success in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. He has also successfully integrated acquisitions at several leading financial technology and data services firms. With deep expertise in capital markets, trading technologies, and data analytics, Anthony has consistently delivered double-digit growth and expanded client bases across sell-side, buy-side, and corporate markets.

He most recently worked at London Stock Exchange Group and Refinitiv where he drove transformational growth and played a key role in the integration of Refinitiv into LSEG.
