Axyon AI Appoints Ivan Dexeus as Head of Business Development EMEA

Axyon AI, an Italian fintech specialising in advanced Predictive AI-driven solutions for asset managers, hedge funds and institutional investors, has appointed Ivan Dexeus as Head of Business Development EMEA.

Ivan has over 20 years of international experience in global markets and FinTech and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Previously, he held senior roles at TD Securities, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs, where he built and led client franchises across Europe and the Middle East.

At Axyon AI, Ivan will support asset managers, banks and official institutions in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to unlock alpha and streamline operations in the EMEA region. Ivan’s new role will play a key part in the further expansion of the business, as set out by CEO Daniele Grassi in the recent announcement on Axyon AI’s latest funding round.

Daniele Grassi, CEO of Axyon AI, comments:

“Ivan joins Axyon AI at a fascinating time for both the business and the evolution and growth of AI within the investment management industry. The EMEA region accounts for nearly one-third of global assets under management, making it a strategically important area for us. With markets evolving at an unprecedented pace, we are seeing demand taking off as investment managers look to innovative tools to exploit the rapidly changing markets.

“Our recent €4,3 million funding round is accelerating our expansion, and Ivan’s extensive experience in EMEA will be crucial to continuing to build on our leadership position in these regions. We believe momentum will continue to accelerate as harnessing AI becomes a default position in the pursuit of generating alpha, and we plan to continue expanding our capabilities over the coming months to support this.”
