Gatehouse Bank introduces new Savings App

Gatehouse Bank has today launched a mobile app, available on iOS and Android, to support customers in managing their personal savings accounts.

The app allows users to view their account balance, recent transactions, and personal information held for the account. Users can also view and delete pending, unprocessed transactions and withdraw or transfer funds between Gatehouse Bank savings accounts (if their account(s) allow this).

The app also allows users to view other account details, including profit frequency and destination. Users can log in quickly and securely using Touch ID or Face ID.

Ravi Kumar, Senior Product Manager at Gatehouse Bank, said: “We pride ourselves on our customer-first approach, so are delighted to extend our support for savers by offering round-the-clock access to their savings accounts at their fingertips.

“The launch of our app will give our customers further control over their savings accounts, providing them with a convenient way to view and manage their balances with ease.

“We will continue to develop our digital offering with a view to providing our customers with the most comprehensive and accessible support possible.”
