Brickflow Delivers Over £29m of Funding for in Record Two-week Period

Brickflow has recorded its strongest two-week performance to date in January, with £29.22m of completed lending supporting 157 residential and mixed-use units across the UK, underlining the platform’s growing role in delivering funding for housing and property projects.

The completions spanned bridging, development and commercial finance, reflecting sustained broker and borrower demand for capital to fund ground-up development, refurbishment, conversion and investment at a time when access to the right funding stays critical.

The milestone highlights Brickflow’s evolution from a discovery and comparison tool into a core piece of infrastructure for executing property finance transactions that directly support UK housing supply.

Brokers are increasingly using the platform not only to assess lender appetite, but to progress deals through to completion with greater speed and certainty.

With lenders remaining selective, the data also points to a strong flow of well-prepared, viable transactions reaching completion – many of which are helping unlock stalled sites, bring forward new homes, or return existing stock to use.

Commenting on the milestone, Brickflow CRO and Co-founder Frazer Campbell said:

“Behind every completed loan is a real project: new homes being built, existing housing being improved, or property brought back into productive use. Completing nearly £30m across 157 units in just two weeks shows the role Brickflow is playing in connecting borrowers to the right funding options.”

In 2025, Brickflow facilitated £1.2bn in approved lending through the platform.
