TransUnion and NatWest Strengthen Award-Winning Partnership to Expand Credit Score Service to All Eligible UK Consumers

29 June 2023: TransUnion and NatWest Group have expanded their existing partnership to introduce Know Your Credit Score – the first credit information service from a retail bank available to all eligible consumers in the UK.

This new service builds on the success of the bank’s existing tool, powered by TransUnion’s CreditView solution, which has already seen more than five million customers^[i] of NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland access their TransUnion credit score for free via an interactive dashboard on the mobile banking app.

Now, TransUnion and NatWest Group are taking a significant step forward by expanding the availability of this service to all eligible UK consumers, regardless of where they bank.

Know Your Credit Score provides unlimited free access to TransUnion credit score information, enabling individuals to gain insights into their credit health and make informed financial decisions. TransUnion’s research shows 53% of those using this tool to monitor their credit profile improved their credit score over six months.^[ii]
