Pepper Advantage appoints Holly Stewart as Director of People
Pepper Advantage, a global lending loan servicing and credit data company, has appointed Holly Stewart as Director of People, a new position, effective immediately.
Stewart brings more than ten years of human resources experience, with a focus on technology and financial services, most recently at Shutterstock as a HRBP Director for Global Technology and Data. She led the talent transformation for the organisation across multiple countries, integrated seven acquisitions and ensured an inclusive and data-led approach to talent initiatives.
As Director of People, Stewart will play a central role in formalising Pepper Advantage’s talent identification process and developing its high-performance training activities, firm-wide succession plans and workforce assessments. In addition, Stewart will continue the work on Pepper Advantage’s Pathway leadership programme. Run in collaboration with Circl, the programme pairs high-potential employees with 18-24 year old ‘Future Leaders’ from under-represented backgrounds to learn inclusive coaching skills based on real-life challenges.
