iProov Appoints Chief Product Officer

iProov, the leading provider of science-based biometric identity solutions, has appointed Peter James as Chief Product Officer and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. In his new role at iProov, Peter will be responsible for leading the company’s product strategy and development. He will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that iProov’s products continue to meet the market’s needs and deliver value to customers.

With more than 20 years of experience as a product leader with a background in development and pre-sales, Peter has built and run product management functions in both B2B and B2C organizations. He joins iProov from Digimarc, where he was VP of Product Strategy, and has previously held senior product positions at EVRYTHNG, Experian, and Openbet.

“Peter is a very experienced and talented product leader with a proven track record of success with high-profile brands,” said Andrew Bud, CEO of iProov. “His appointment is a key step in our plans to grow our product depth and breadth and expand our market reach. Joe Palmer, who has held the combined role of Chief Product and Innovation Officer since 2022, will now be the Chief Innovation Officer focusing on the company’s innovation portfolio.
