Innovate Finance Releases its Third Annual Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2025 to Celebrate LGBTQIA+ Leaders Shaping the Future of Financial Services

Innovate Finance is proud to announce the launch of the third annual Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2025, celebrating LGBTQIA+ leaders who are driving meaningful change across financial services. These individuals are helping to shape a more inclusive, transparent, and equitable industry through their innovation and leadership. The Powerlist forms a central part of Innovate Finance’s commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in FinTech, championing visibility, fostering community, and inspiring the next generation of leaders who are redefining the future of finance.

The Pride in FinTech Powerlist highlights the essential role that the LGBTQIA+ community plays in advancing diversity and inclusion within the FinTech industry.

Notable contributions this year have been made by leading organisations including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), JP Morgan Chase, Kyndryl, Monzo, Revolut, Ripple, Starling, Travers Smith, Xero, and Zopa Bank, among many others.

As one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing sectors, FinTech is uniquely positioned to lead the charge for the future of financial services in enhancing diversity and inclusion.

This year’s initiative, supported by Google, Kyndryl, Alloy, Zilch and myGwork will culminate in a celebratory event on December 4, hosted by Google.

Roberto Napolitano, CMO of Innovate Finance, stated: “We are delighted to launch the third annual Innovate Finance Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2025, a key part of our commitment to championing diversity and inclusion across the sector. The remarkable LGBTQIA+ leaders recognised this year are not only driving innovation within their organisations, but also helping to build a financial services industry that is more inclusive, transparent, and equitable for all. Their achievements continue to inspire our community and highlight how diversity remains central to FinTech’s growth and impact.”
