This initiative is part of Innovate Finance’s commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in FinTech while providing a supportive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community and inspiring the next generation of industry leaders.
The Pride in FinTech Powerlist underscores the essential role that the LGBTQIA+ community plays in advancing diversity and inclusion within the FinTech industry.
Notable contributions have been made by leading organisations including A&O Shearman, Airwallex, Allica Bank, Bacano.io, ClearBank, Clearpay, ClearScore, Confused.com, Encompass Corporation, FastAudit AI, Fintech Week London, Founders Law, Funding Circle, Global Counsel, GoCardless, i³ investing, J.P. As one of the UK’s most dynamic sectors, FinTech accounts for 10% of the global market share. Given its innovative edge, the sector is positioned to lead the charge in enhancing diversity and inclusion within the industry.
This year’s initiative, proudly supported by Google, J.P. Morgan Payments, Alloy, and Zopa, will culminate in a celebratory event on December 4, hosted by Google.
