equipifi® Joins the Jack Henry™ Fintech Integration Network and Expands Access to Bank BNPL

equipifi, the award-winning Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform for financial institutions, today announced that it has joined the Jack Henry™ Fintech Integration Network (FIN). Participating in the program had provided equipifi with access to Jack Henry’s technical resources to expand the availability of its BNPL platform and integrate with SilverLake System®. The Fintech Integration Network is designed to help ensure that Jack Henry’s customers can easily deploy third-party products.

equipifi’s BNPL platform integrates with SilverLake System through jXchange™– services-based programming interfaces that enable third-party fintechs and financial institutions to securely access core data and business rules. These integrations maintain data integrity by managing access through a service layer that governs all interactions, ensuring consistent and secure data exchange across platforms.

This translates to faster deployment of equipifi’s BNPL solution for financial institutions using SilverLake System, empowering them to quickly launch a state-of-the-art in-house BNPL program, enhancing their digital banking experience, increasing engagement, and driving new interest income. With this program, more financial institutions can rapidly modernize their checking accounts, debit cards, and banking apps to meet consumer expectations.

“Offering BNPL as a payment method is table stakes for financial institutions that want to stay relevant to consumers,” said Bryce Deeney, co-founder and CEO at equipifi. “Since 2022, equipifi’s BNPL platform has enabled dozens of financial institutions on Jack Henry’s Symitar® core to rapidly launch brand-elevating, personalized BNPL programs in-house with minimal internal resources. Expanding to SilverLake System opens our BNPL platform to hundreds more financial institutions. Jack Henry’s FIN is accelerating our mission to make bank BNPL available to all consumers in the U.S.”

Jack Henry’s FIN takes the customer out of the middle, providing fintechs with direct access to Jack Henry’s technical resources and test systems. FIN inclusion is not an endorsement of the fintech‘s product.
