Curve appoints new Chief Product Officer to strengthen product offering

Curve, the financial super app which empowers customers to understand and master their finances by combining all debit, credit and loyalty cards into one, has announced the appointment of Eyal Galina as Chief Product Officer.

Reporting to Curve CEO Shachar Bialick, Galina will be responsible for Curve’s product roadmap and strategy as the global fintech moves to the next stage of its mission to become the Operating System for Money. Galina will join the company’s Executive Team and will drive Curve’s product vision forward with the goal of continuing its market-leading success in the UK and Europe, and growing the business’ foothold in the US.

A specialist in product development and strategy, Galina joins from Playtika where he was VP of Product for the technology division from 2019 to 2022, following a period as VP of Product for Bingo Blitz. An experienced team leader, Galina established and grew the product team at the technology division of Playtika to a headcount of 60, driving global strategic initiatives across the business and a number of successful product launches. Playtika is one of the biggest mobile gaming companies with more than 4,000 employees worldwide and over 30 million monthly active users.

The appointment is part of Curve’s continued investment in its product function which works closely supporting consumers across the globe. The new hire also reflects Curve’s continued mission to simplify the way people spend, send, see and save money, as the company looks to build on the successful product launches of CurveX in 2022 and Curve Flex in 2021.
