Flipster Increases Conversion Rates with Twilio Segment

With the help of functions such as Profile Sync and Identity Resolution, customer interactions from tools such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversions API and Google Cloud PubSub were brought together.
Instead of relying on customer interviews, Flipster automatically receives precise real-time insights into all steps of the customer journey. Segment also enables non-technical teams to define target groups, activate data and make decisions. At the same time, manual tasks such as logging QA data were automated and technical teams were relieved of routine tasks.
