Capco Hires Two New Partners to Drive Further Growth of Its US Insurance Business

Capco, the global technology and management consultancy, has appointed David Radvany and Michael Hertzig as Partners in its US Insurance practice. David and Michael will work closely with Ernst Renner, Partner and Head of US Insurance, to help lead the next phase of growth for Capco’s Insurance business.

David Radvany, based in New York, brings deep experience leading scaled transformation and technology-focused programs in the Insurance industry, most recently at AIG. Prior to that, David worked at Accenture for over 25 years, where he held a range of leadership positions and lead roles delivering complex technology transformation programs in the Insurance Technology and Digital practices. His expertise spans technology consulting and implementation, digital, data and analytics, and cloud, as well as operational excellence.

Michael Hertzig, based in Chicago, will focus on supporting our clients in the Mid-West and West with a focus on growing our Property and Casualty clients. Prior to joining Capco, Michael held leadership roles at Accenture, Deloitte, IBM and EXL. His specialist areas of focus include target operating model development, market strategy, business process redesign, customer care and support, and analytics.
