Bold Penguin Expands Customer Success And Operations Leadership Team

Bold Penguin, a leading integrated digital solution platform dedicated to simplifying small commercial insurance, has announced Dan Brown as Vice President of Operations, Agency Partners and Nate Walsh as Vice President of Operations, Exchange.

Founded in 2016 for insurance agents and by insurance agents, Bold Penguin is leading the charge to make commercial insurance work better for all parties. The two newly created positions will focus on strengthening Bold Penguin’s agent and enterprise partnerships.

Brown will oversee the Customer Success organization as well as help streamline segmentation and engagement for agency and corporate partners. Walsh will strategically manage the operations and growth of the Bold Penguin Exchange. The Exchange platform enables agents to send and receive small business prospects that need insurance.

Before joining Bold Penguin, Brown was Vice President of Alliance Partnerships at PURE Group of Insurance Companies as well as held positions with Nationwide Insurance and Chubb Insurance. Walsh previously served as Vice President of Sales & Relationship Management at Corvus Insurance, as well as holding roles with Plymouth Rock Assurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. Walsh graduated from Claremont McKenna College with an undergraduate degree and holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Dartmouth University.
