Trycera Financial, Inc. is pleased to announce it has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary called Lucid Card Solutions, Inc. This newly formed subsidiary will focus on developing and launching cutting-edge network branded prepaid card financial solutions for consumers and businesses throughout the World.
