Steve Wojciechowicz - Working with third parties

We spoke to Steve Wojciechowicz at BNY Mellon, to find out more about corporate banking and the role of the treasurer. In this video Steve talks to Doug Mackenzie about their agile approach to developing new products and working with third parties. As a result of top down behavioural change, the team now bring technology into every stage of the development process and are constantly testing. This is also how they work with clients and partners too, incorporating them from the beginning in service of deploying tech more efficiently.
