Nivo has revamped its digital presence to provide mortgage brokers with transparent access to its AI-driven document collection service, Nivo Collect. By publishing full pricing and sample case reports, the firm aims to streamline the due diligence process for intermediaries looking to automate the labor-intensive task of gathering and verifying applicant evidence for mortgage submissions.

What was announced

Nivo has introduced a revamped website designed to give brokerages immediate access to the mechanics and costs of its Nivo Collect service. The platform allows firms to examine a complete example of a checked evidence pack and case analysis before engaging in a formal sales process. This transparency is intended to help brokers evaluate how an AI assistant can manage the gathering, checking, and chasing of documents required for mortgage applications.

The Nivo Collect service operates primarily through email. When a broker emails a case to the assistant, the AI identifies the necessary documentation, collects identity evidence and searches from applicants, and manages outstanding items. Once the data is gathered, the system verifies the information against applicant declarations and produces a submission-ready evidence pack. This is accompanied by a case report that details affordability and highlights specific issues requiring human intervention. The service is designed to be deployed the same day, as it requires no software installation or complex integration projects.

Financially, the service is positioned as a replacement for manual administration, which Nivo research suggests costs roughly £150 and five hours per case. The service starts at £1,000 per month with no setup fees, no per-user license charges, and no minimum term. A single allowance covers all features, including identity checks, with a typical case consuming between £10 and £40 of that allowance. The technology is built on the existing Nivo platform and holds multiple certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and ISO 9001, alongside Cyber Essentials Plus and DIATF accreditation.

"Brokers are being asked to sit through a lot of demos at the moment, and it’s hard to tell one claim from another. We wanted to make it easier for them to assess Collect, so we’ve put everything on the website: the price, a full sample of what they receive and an honest comparison with the tools we’re measured against."

The companies involved

Nivo is a specialized fintech provider that has established a significant footprint in the UK mortgage and lending sectors. Its platform is currently utilized by more than 100 lenders and brokers to facilitate secure communication and data exchange. The company focuses on reducing the friction inherent in complex financial transactions, particularly those involving heavy documentation and identity verification requirements.

The firm operates within a highly regulated environment, maintaining a suite of certifications that include ISO 9001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and the Digital Identity & Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF). It is also a member of the Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS). By providing an audit trail for every message, file, and AI action, Nivo positions itself as a secure intermediary in the mortgage value chain. The company’s approach to artificial intelligence emphasizes data privacy, ensuring that no client information is used to train the underlying models that power its automation tools. This focus on security and compliance is central to its market position as a trusted partner for both specialist lenders and high-street brokerages.

What FF News has reported before

FF News has tracked Nivo’s steady expansion into AI-driven automation over the past year. In April 2026, we covered how Nivo Launches AI Agents for Lenders and Brokers to Help Deliver Packaged Cases Right First Time, a move that signaled the company's intent to move beyond simple messaging into complex case packaging. This followed the broader rollout of its core AI technology, as seen in Nivo Rolls Out Nivo AI to Brokers and Lenders Following Successful Early Adopter Phase.

The company has also applied its technology to specific regulatory challenges. In March 2026, we reported that Nivo and Profexx Launch Out of the Box Broker Disclosure Commission AI Remediation Solution for Motor Finance Lenders. Additionally, its focus on the specialist market was highlighted in the 2025 report Nivo Launches Industry-First AI Broker Concierge Service Built for Specialist Lenders.

What this means

The decision to lead with transparent pricing and "no-integration" deployment marks a shift in how fintechs must compete for broker attention. As the market becomes saturated with AI promises, the burden of proof is shifting from the vendor to the product itself. By allowing brokers to bypass the traditional sales demo, Nivo is putting pressure on legacy document-checking tools that rely on opaque pricing and lengthy implementation cycles. The broader industry question is whether this "AI-as-a-utility" model can maintain accuracy across diverse residential and specialist cases without increasing the liability for the human brokers who remain legally responsible for the advice given.
