medicalforce Inc. Adopts Adyen's Seamless Payment Platform
By Lauren Hinton · 1 July 2025

MedicalForce has adopted Adyen’s unified payment platform to streamline transactions. The MedicalForce Adyen partnership focuses on improving payment experiences and operational efficiency.
An all-in-one SaaS primarily designed for dermatology, plastic surgery and cosmetic clinics, medicalforce is equipped with a variety of functions along the clinics’ business flow, including electronic medical records, reservation management, accounting, payment, and inventory management. It supports optimal clinic management through functions such as efficient appointment management and accounting, as well as LINE integration and optimization of appointment slots. It has been introduced at more than 550 clinics nationwide, and is ranked No. 1* in the “number of clinics using it as an electronic medical record”.
Previously, medicalforce only provided an online payments function in which patients registered their credit card information in advance, and clinic staff linked the payment manually. The old system also did not support in-person payments, despite requests for "support of in-person payments using a POS terminal when patients pay with credit cards at the clinic."
As medicalforce Inc. considered a new terminal payment function to meet the needs of clinics using the system, the following advantages were decisive factors in adopting Adyen's payment platform, and automatic integration of accounting and payment information between medicalforce and Adyen's POS terminals proceeded.
- Easy development through API integration: Seamless integration into existing medicalforce platform
- Shorten the time to implementation: Superior execution speed from development to testing
- Robust security measures to prevent and detect fraud: Security is essential for free medical care, which often involves expensive credit card payments
- Extensive global implementation record: Adyen's domestic and international implementation record directly contributes to trust
