MDOTM appoints Luca Spezia as new Head of Engineering

MDOTM, the fintech startup that develops AI-driven investment strategies, appoints Luca Spezia as new Head of Engineering. He will oversee a fast-growing Research and Development team focused on quantitative strategies. Luca Spezia is a highly experienced professional with over a decade-long experience in the tech consultancy field gained as a manager of large teams of developers and researchers in international companies and as the founder of his own software house. Together with MDOTM’s Chief Technology Officer, he will lead a team of PhDs in physics, engineers and data scientists.
