INFINOX Launches Global Loyalty Programme Elevating Client Rewards and Engagement

INFINOX has launched a loyalty programme using a dual-currency system to reward trading volume and engagement. For fintech professionals, this represents a shift toward gamification and retention strategies in the retail brokerage space, moving beyond simple fee competition to provide tangible lifestyle rewards and structured tier-based progression for active traders.

What was announced

The firm has introduced a loyalty programme built around a dual-currency system, comprising IX Coins and IX Points. This structure is designed to reward both immediate activity and long-term engagement. IX Coins serve as a spendable reward currency that users can redeem in the INFINOX Rewards Store for a variety of items, including luxury electronics, branded merchandise, VIP experiences, and holiday packages. Meanwhile, IX Points are used to track a trader's progression through various loyalty tiers, with higher tiers unlocking exclusive opportunities and enhanced benefits.

Traders can begin accumulating both currencies from their first transaction. Earnings are generated through notional trading volume across a wide range of supported asset classes, such as foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. Beyond standard trading, the programme incorporates gamified elements, allowing participants to earn rewards by completing specific quests, engaging in social challenges, and reaching milestone achievements. The initiative is now live for all eligible account holders and is accessible through the INFINOX client portal as well as via dedicated applications on iOS, Android, and web platforms. This launch follows a series of technical updates to the firm's ecosystem, including the global rollout of the INFINOX Rewards app, which facilitates real-time interaction with the loyalty scheme.

"Today marks an exciting milestone in INFINOX’s journey to deepen client engagement and bring real value back to the trading community. Our loyalty programme is much more than a reward scheme, it’s a reflection of our philosophy that loyal, active traders deserve recognition that extends beyond the trading desk. By offering meaningful rewards and tier-based incentives, we are empowering our clients to trade smarter, stay more engaged, and enjoy exclusive benefits as they grow with us."

The companies involved

INFINOX is a multi-regulated global brokerage firm that maintains a presence across several international markets. The company operates as a provider of trading infrastructure for a variety of asset classes, including foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. In recent years, the firm has pivoted toward a more integrated digital ecosystem, focusing on mobile-first engagement and the development of proprietary tools like its client portal and the INFINOX Rewards app.

The firm’s market strategy is defined by its emphasis on client-centric services, attempting to move beyond the role of a traditional execution venue to become a broader partner for its user base. By operating across iOS, Android, and web platforms, INFINOX maintains a technical footprint designed to capture the growing retail trading demographic that prioritises accessibility and real-time interaction. As a multi-regulated entity, the firm navigates a complex global compliance landscape, positioning itself as a participant in the competitive brokerage industry that seeks differentiation through innovation and structured value-add services.

What this means

The introduction of a dual-currency loyalty system highlights a growing trend of gamification within the retail brokerage sector. As traditional competitive advantages like low spreads and high leverage become commoditised or strictly regulated, firms are under pressure to find new ways to ensure client retention. This move by INFINOX suggests that the industry is shifting toward a lifestyle brand approach, where trading activity is linked to tangible consumer rewards. However, it raises questions for the sector regarding the balance between incentivising volume and maintaining responsible trading standards. As more brokerages adopt similar engagement models, the industry may face increased scrutiny over whether these incentives align with the long-term financial health of the retail trader.
