IG GROUP HOLDINGS PLC Completes of Acquisition of Freetrade

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG", "the Group") is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition ofFreetrade, effective 1 April 2025. The transaction was announced on 16 January 2025.
