By Effie Foxtrot · 3 December 2021

i-exceed and Neofy have partnered to integrate the Appzillon Digital Experience and Engagement Platform into Neofy’s AI-driven "bank in a box" solution. This collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of Banking as a Service (BaaS) globally, allowing challenger banks and traditional institutions to launch digital offerings significantly faster than through conventional development methods.
What was announced
i-exceed is providing its Appzillon Digital Experience and Engagement Platform to power Neofy’s AI-driven "bank in a box" platform. This integrated solution is designed for prospects and customers globally, focusing on the growing demand for Banking as a Service (BaaS) models. Appzillon is a low-code digital banking platform built on a composable architecture. It includes a suite of cloud-based solutions for consumer and corporate banking, as well as customer onboarding and sales enablement.
The architecture of the platform is designed to simplify the creation of digital assets. According to the providers, this allows banks to launch new applications 70% faster than conventional market alternatives. Currently, more than 100 banks worldwide utilize Appzillon to scale their digital assets. Neofy’s contribution involves an AI-driven solution with a composable architecture that allows new digital banks, challenger banks, and neobanks to select pre-integrated stacks via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. By combining Appzillon’s user-centric journey model with Neofy’s microservices and adaptive AI architecture, the partnership seeks to drastically reduce the time required to launch a fully functional digital bank.
"It gives me immense pleasure to partner with Neofy in our mission to help banks realize instant success in their digital initiatives. The AI aspects of Neofy’s offerings will play a significant role in delivering hyper-personalized and contextual user journeys to banks' customers. We are truly excited on our journey to offer BaaS (Banking as a Service) together to banks and financial institutions globally."

What FF News has reported before
FF News has tracked i-exceed’s steady expansion and technological integration within the global banking sector. In 2026, the company served as the principal partner for the i-exceed Joins IFIF 2026 as Principal Partner to Drive India’s AI-Native Banking Future event, highlighting its role in driving AI-native banking in India. The firm also demonstrated its corporate banking capabilities through a partnership with United Arab Bank Launches End-to-End Digital Corporate Banking Suite with i-exceed to launch an end-to-end digital suite. Additionally, the company has focused on security through a collaboration with Protectt.ai and i-exceed Partner to Secure Low-Code Digital Banking Apps to secure its low-code mobile banking applications.
What this means
This partnership highlights the accelerating shift toward "composable" banking, where financial institutions no longer rely on monolithic legacy systems but instead assemble specialized modules. By promising a 70% reduction in launch time, the i-exceed and Neofy alliance puts significant pressure on traditional core banking providers who struggle with lengthy implementation cycles. The focus on AI-driven "hyper-personalization" suggests that the next phase of the BaaS market will be defined not just by the speed of launch, but by the depth of the user experience. It raises the question of whether traditional banks can adapt their internal cultures quickly enough to leverage these low-code, high-speed tools effectively.
